🫧 How does your foam party service work?

Our team will arrive approximately 30 minutes before our scheduled start time to set up. You'll point us to your electrical outlet, water hose connection, and designated area for the foam party. Our team will set up the foam machine and speaker for music. We will turn on the foam machine and music at our scheduled start time. Your guests are now free to enter the foam and start partying!

Why is pricing higher for Schools & Community Events than for Residential Backyard Parties?

School and community events involve large rotating groups and extended operating time. They require more staffing, more foam solution, larger setups, and higher insurance requirements than a backyard party. We design these events as a supervised attraction so they can run safely and consistently for hundreds of participants.

🫧 How much space is required?

We require a minimum of a 20 x 20-foot flat open space.

Are your foam cannons Certified Autism Resources?

Yes, our foam cannons are designated as a Certified Autism Resource (CAR) by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), an independent organization focused on autism, neurodiversity, and accessibility.

🫧 Will it work on grass, concrete, or pavement?

Yes, our foam parties will work on grass, concrete, or pavement as long as the area is flat and free of obstructions.

🫧 What do I need to provide?

We require access to a grounded 3-prong electrical outlet and water hose connection within 100 feet of our setup.

🫧 How do we clean up the foam?

The foam disappears on its own, so there is really no clean up required. It wan be washed down with a water hose to disolve it quicker if needed.

🫧 What should we wear?

You should wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting wet, such as a T-shirt and shorts or swimwear.

🫧 How is payment handled?

We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, and cash. We also accept checks from our schools & corporate clients.

🫧 What areas do you serve?

The Foam Frog primarily serves North Texas, specifically the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area as part of the Big Happy Events family. If you’re outside our standard service area, just ask—we may still be able to accommodate your event or refer you to someone who can!
